Makro online/app is a **** !!

I purchased an item as a birthday gift on the Makro App. The delivery was 22/01/2025. Till this date I have not received my order. Completely useless shopping at makro. When I call in they tell me the item is at their supplier, I did not purchase from their supplier. I purchased from makro. This has costed me more financially as the order did not arrive on the said date, as a result I had to purchase another gift for my nephews birthday. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. do not shop on makro online and/or the makro app.
