Makro Online worst service ever!

Stay away from Makro Online, I bought an Air fryer came damaged from he courier I booked a return same day the 26th f=Feb, was supposed to be collected on the 3rd March and still nothing, they keep saying the matter will be escalated, on their Whatsapp chat they never allocate or connect you to anyone until you start all over again. They are the worst!!!
