MAKRO ONLINE WORST SERVICE EVER

I am very disappointed and irritated with the service received from Makro Online, I have placed my order on 5 December 2024 for 3 items. The items was all seperated on different delivery dates which the latest was the 12th December. I AM STILL WAITING FOR 2 OF THE 3!!! When I call they sound surprised and can't give answers and I am also not allowed to speak to management, I must say I have never regretted ordering online BUT OH my I regret ordering from Makro, this is by far THE worst service I have received!!!!! I want my FULL order delivered TODAY 17/12/2024 or cancel and refund me ASAP (MAK***)
