⚠️ MAKRO ONLINE – WORST SERVICE EVER ⚠️

I had placed an order on the first week of August of which came in two deliveries. After receiving the first delivery I requested the invoice and received it via email as I was unable to download from the non-friendly user app. I ordered 3 soap dispensers from Makro Online and till today I cannot get an invoice!

Since 17 August I’ve been emailing nonstop. Their useless app keeps saying “Download Failed.” They told me to “clear my cache”, which deleted ALL my orders. I’ve had one phone call and then complete silence. No invoice. No help. Just empty promises.

This isn’t for personal use, it’s for my company records Without that invoice, my accounts can’t be closed off properly.

Honestly, Makro, your app sucks, your support team is full of excuses, and nobody takes their job seriously. For such a big name, your service is absolutely shocking.

I will never order from Makro Online again and I strongly warn anyone thinking of using their app. You’ll just waste your time and energy.

Do better, Makro. Right now, you’re a total disappointment.
