Makro online worst service ever!!
I ordered a coffee saturday from the makro online and received a bag bag with 6 long life milk. This is incompetant workers who maybe cannot read. Thuesday morning today and still no answer from them. No communication from them. I will never buy online again. Get some tips from Checkers how to operate online goods. I paid R530 and looks like this is down the drain. Funny how they give an email after delivering the wrong stuff saying " happy unboxing" rather say " so long sucker".

02 Jul 2025, 15:01I received a phone call this morning about the wrong item that I must make a "Return". After a lot of emails and whatsapp, still no help from Makro. Please just give our money back and take my email address from your system. I've had it with Makro. No service at all!!!! Refund us so that I can order from Takealot who have never let me down.
