Makro Online = Worst service

This might sound like petty issues, but imagine this pettiness gets done with thousands. So I ordered online - which I will NEVER EVER do again - in August 2024. I paid R2967.70, however, some stock was not available, so they invoiced me R2428.93. (All amounts are inclusive of VAT) They then decided to only refund me R275.90. Now I am no mathmagician, but common sense tells me that R2967.70 less R2428.93 does NOT make up R275.90, but R538.77. After numerous calls to their customer "non" service department, as there is no number for their finance department, I have not been refunded the other R262.87 Shame on @Makro!!!
