Makro Online - Worst Service

The worst service I have ever received. The item was ordered 26 January 2025 It was delivered on 31 Jan 2025 The item received was NOT the item I ordered Return created on 10 February 2025 Returned on 13 February 2025 It has now been 21 days and I have heard NOTHING

I called support and it took 3 hours to answer the call (only to tell me to return it) I sent an email - it took a week to respond (with the incorrect delivery date) I have now sent an email 9 DAYS ago and haven't had a response
