Makro Online - Worst Online Service Offering

Makro Online is the worst delivery service ever. I ordered a large mirror which was only available at Makro online on 25 May, it was planned to arrive 01 June and a week later it still has not arrived. I've been reaching out to Makro support on their Whatsapp line but I keep getting the same response everyday, "your order is ready to ship ad awaiting for the driver to be assigned" I've even called and asked if I could pick it up myself but that's not possible. This is ridiculous and I'm never buying from Makro online ever, i should've just paid a bit extra for the same product on Takealot.
