Makro online worst online business in the world

I bought a nintendo switch oled for R 8499 on 28 May 2022 I received an old nintendo switch worth R6499 on the 2 nd of June and I am still waiting to be refunded. Makro online is the worst shopping experience ever I will never ever purchase anything from them again. I am so tired of waiting for my refund.
