Makro Online – Worst Experience, Avoid!

I regret buying a 12ft trampoline from Makro Online. When I tried to assemble it, I discovered it was defective – the bar where the net’s hooks are supposed to go does not have holes, which means the trampoline cannot even be fully assembled.

When I contacted Makro for help, I was given the runaround. Nobody wanted to take responsibility, and instead of solving the problem, they eventually decided to just ignore me completely.

Now I’m left with a useless, defective trampoline that I spent good money on, and Makro doesn’t seem to care at all. Their after-sales service is shocking, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

If you’re thinking of buying from Makro Online, be very careful. Once they have your money, don’t expect any help if something goes wrong.
