MAKRO ONLINE WORST DELIVERY

I have been waiting for delivery from makro I ordered online I have been tracking my order. I then received an sms saying Khumbudzo Shaun is en route to drop-off your Makro Online order MAK***. Two minutes later the parcel has been returned to sender no calling. The driver was not even outside. Makro online delivery service is a No, No it doesn't allow you to be flexible with your time Mr D foods delivery and checkers are way better because they show up and call you once they are at the gate. The same drivers cellphone number went straight to voice mail never again will I purchase online this is the worst experience.
