Makro Online Worse Service Known to Mankind

I placed an online order through Makro Online over a month ago and I still don't have my refund after my items were delivered broken and in pieces. I have now probably spoken to every call centre agent at their Makro Woodmead offices from the likes of Mandy, Daphne, Karabo and even their Manager Lelo. No one is helping me get my refund back. I am soon going to take a drive to their offices and I will not leave until my refund reflects in my account. Worse service I have ever received to date. Will never purchase online from Makro again and will highly advise others to follow suite.
