Makro ONLINE Worse Service

I am failed by Makro,I bought a baby stroller pram and wearable breast pump on the 1st April the courier company says the items were delivered,we never received the items I was referred to the Market place lady who would assist with an investigation she has been sending me to pillar to post and no proper feedback.

I eventually asked for a refund till to date it is not processed. I bought those items because it was on a Makro website having been a trusted institution it was easy to buy but now I just don't know what to make of this outcome, I'm really disappointed 😞 When I call the call centre they say the investigation is completed not sure how without providing me with my money or the actual ordered items.
