Makro Online will ***** your money

I placed an online order with Makro on the 13th of May. On the 16th of May only 2 of 7 items were delivered. Today is the 2nd of July and Makro refuses to refund my money. I have multiple reference numbers from queries, i have spoken to multiple people who give you the basic "we will escelate this" answer, only for nothing to continue being done. They have asked for bank statements to prove that they haven't refunded my money which I'm pretty sure their system is suppose to tell them and still nothing happens.

So I would like everyone to know DO NOT order from Makro online as they will ***** your money and ignore you when you try to get it back.
