Makro online will take your money and not deliver

Do NOT ever use Makro SA online shopping. I placed an order on the 15 October, noone can tell me where it is, no phone-calls are returned, no emails are responded to.. it has been over a month and I have had no feedback despite calling to complain multiple times and emailing multiple times. Poor service, poor communication, empty promises and dishonesty.
