MAKRO Online will leave you miserable

Makro must pay back my money. I don’t want their apology. I want my money. MAKRO is *********. They did not and still not follow due diligence. If you buy online from MAKRO you must know that you risk losing more than the purchase price. You will be required to provide your ID details which is a risk and proof of payment. This only to attempt getting your money back because the chances of getting what you ordered are very slim to none. If you are not ready to do admin work and be delayed then please don’t attempt purchasing from MAKRO via online. I am still waiting for MAKRO to refund my money. I made an order online on the 11th of December 2025. No one told me why my order was not processed. I was instead instructed to provide my ID and POP for a refund. Why? 🤷🏽♀️ Today is Christmas Eve. I am still waiting for a refund. Who is going to cover the inconvenience caused? MAKRO doesn’t care.

Refund pending for what to happen?
I’m no longer interested in anything. I want my money back.

Your demand for a copy of my ID and proof of payment was unacceptable and places me at risk, effectively putting me under duress. This is not only unreasonable, but it also violates trust and security. Furthermore, despite submitting all required documentation on December 15th, 2025, I have not received my refund as of today, December 27th, 2025. This delay is completely unacceptable. I demand that my refund be processed immediately, with no further excuses.
Let it be clear that I will continue to pursue this issue relentlessly until my refund is fully processed.
