Makro Online -What a disaster

It is hard to give even a 1 star rating. I purchased 4 items online on Dec 18 2023. I paid. Within minutes I discovered the Oats for half the price at Dischem. I immediately contacted the What's App chat and said, please remove the oats. I was told she would cancel the order. I was to place a new order excluding the Oats, and pay again. I said that was an inconvenience, but did it anyway. The refund was supposed to be processed within 14 days. I had to send them a letter of Small Claims demand-which has been ignored. The Goods were finally collected on 19 February 2024. I have contacted them weekly since the beginning of January, about my refund. but 108 days later STILL NO REFUND Everyone is really SOOOOO SOOORRY, but still no refund. I have asked for POP, still nothing This is my third Hello Peter notification, and still NO REFUND I am really done, it is now to Small Claims Court.
