Makro Online - What a disaster.....

Only 1 star because you can't give them a 0 star rating. Order placed online 2 weeks ago for delivery. For the last 2 days we have been trying to get hold of someone that can give us info on where it is. You hold on for ages and when someone picks up, the call either cuts off or you can't hear the agent. Makro's customer service is non-existant so online buyers beware.
