Makro online what a disappointment

I bought a toy online as the store close tome did not have stock. What a disappointment, first had to wait days for it to be delivered then when it was delivered the toy was dirty as if it was used. Called Makro to exchange the toy as it was a Birthday present, the lady assured me it will be done the next day and this was confirmed online as well. I phoned Makro complaints to ask what is the progress, just to be informed it has not even been approved or assigned to anyone for delivery after I was promised this will be handled the next day and confirmed online....well Makro this is disappointing service. will definitely not buy anything online from you ever again...
