Makro online .. What?

Placed an order online with a 2-5 working day delivery promise. Phoned to enquire about delivery after 5 days, told parcel will be delivery on Friday 14 September. No delivery. Phoned on Monday 17 September, told parcel will be delivered by 5 pm... No Delivery.. Phoned on 18 September, told will call back ... no call back? Phoned again 18 September told will call back.... still no call back??? Makro give your online business to Takealot, they know how to run A ONLINE BUSINESS.
