Makro Online - Very Bad Service - do not buy!

Bought a UPS from Makro online - is 7 months old and has a year warranty. I keep getting the run around and no joy returnong this device for a warranty repair. I have sent numerous emails and make 4 phone calls over the last 2 weeks - Realy Lousy experience.
