Makro online. Very bad experience

Order a tv medai box that was only available through their online channel. I paid on 28 Desember 2025, with delivery to happen on 06 Jan 26. This date come and passed, and i followed up on 08 Jan 25 as to where my order was. Makro the adviced that the order was canceled as they do not have stock with my refund that will take plant in 7 to 14 days. Now on the 25 of Jan 26 i still have not been refunded with Makro still advertising the product as available on their website! Why can't they just check if their is stock and cancel tje refind and deliver the product!
