makro online utterly disgusted

Utterly disgusting service delivery from Makro Online Cape Town. Never again I ordered 3 items on the 14 Dec for Christmas. Online processed the order and said delivery will be the 24th Dec. Not once did they say they cant complete the order or that it will arrive in 3 parts. I was under the impression, Makro will deliver. Today on the 24th, I have only recieved 1 of part 3. I called them as am now getting worried. Online support say the vendors are closed and there is nothing they can do about it. I am now down 2 Christmas presents. They dont care. All they can say is that they will esculate it and resolve it after Christmas.

Well, that defets the object of having it as a Christmas present. Why did they then not say they cant deliver it on time?

Why leave it to me to try sort the day they supposed to deliver it?

Seriously. I am absolutly disgusted in Makro Online. No support offered to me, nothing. Last time I ever use it.
