MAKRO ONLINE - useless/misleading/misinformation

Their ordering online website is non-intuitive and has glitches. Unacceptable in this day and age. Due to glitch on their side, item got ordered twice in error and delivered on same day at the same time and I was charged a hefty fee for the delivery of one of them. They refuse to refund me the delivery fee. Telling me its the supplier of the item who won't refund. That is dishonest. The delivery contract is between customer and Makro. Not between customer and supplier.
