Makro online useless when it comes to customer statisfaction
good day purchased items online with Makro. on the 16th August to date no updates of the delivery or movement in the preparation for delivery 10days later. when calling the call centre the agents are so rude and unhelpful to provide information regarding the delivery. they just tell you to wait. poor customer service. other on line companies services is much better.

today was the promised was the promised date of delivery as per call centre response, but still no communicatio, why advertise items that you cant provide, making a person pay, but no communication or delivery which a direct breach of contract.

That feedback will be given once recieved. when will be once received. i have never said i will pay once received. i have paid i want my items. makro doesnot even have the ability to call and apologise. you are expected to be a big company in south africa, but no customer services. it not supposed to be supplier service
