Makro Online Useless

Black Friday I bought a TV and bracket from Makro online. No issues with delivery. I then returned the bracket and it was collected on 02/12. Its is now 14/12 and still no credit. Because i was paid after the sale i opened a Makro card to buy, then paid it up 3 days later and close the account. I have now called 3 times and keep being told its finance, and they will get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. I still waiting. Every call is 40 minutes at my expense. I let the know the account is closed and i dont mind a voucher to use in store. They are dam quick to take your money but not bothered to return. I now wish i had spent this money at Takealot. Credit would have taken 2 days max.
