Makro online- useless

Shopping with Makro online is horrible. Almost 2 months since I have placed an order online and my goods have still not been delivered. I have made several follow-up calls, and have had many promises from their Contact Centre that delivery will be made. I finally cancelled my order and requested a refund, only to be told now that no cancellation was done. They've had my money for this entire time and trying to get a refund is yet another long process!
