MAKRO ONLINE USELESS

I have ordered an paid for a toy for my grandson. firstly the incorrect toy was delivered and when i called in over a month ago the consultant reassured me that someone would come to collect and bring the correct toy. that did not happen. i called back and sent numerous emails requesting that they collect the toy and provide me with a credit. nothing. Makro online is a useless service. if they cannot provide a service or even the after sales, then close that branch down. it is clear that the people working for this division dont give a damn
