Makro online useless!!
I have numerous orders that were either partially delivered or not delivered at all. When I call for answers, I’m told the matter has been escalated.. I’m giving up on Makro Online, it’s useless!!!

19 Jun 2023, 14:11This reply is unacceptable.. I got exactly the same message when I logged the initial complaint.. it feels like I’m getting an automated response which is really upsetting.. please stop taking me for a fool and just deliver or refund me if you can’t fulfill the order.
