Makro Online *****ulent

I placed an order for boots online from Makro in February. I received a delivery notification, but the item was not delivered. The following day, I contacted Makro to inform them of the issue.

They responded by sending me a photo of a signature on a package, claiming it as proof of delivery. Since then, I have been redirected repeatedly without any resolution. They even requested that I place an incomplete order, to no avail.

I am beginning to suspect that Makro's online service is *****ulent.
