Makro online turned into a terrible experience

I am buying monthly and even sometimes twice a month on the Makro online store. But lately its a terrible experience. At first i didn't had the issue of other businesses selling via the Makro online but usually it was clear stating online only. Now i need select the item, scroll down to go check if its Makro. It is really not a nice experience. When i choose to shop online with Makro i want to see what Makro sells and not other people. I made a online purchase 4 hours ago and still i didn't even received an sms or an email to acknowledge my order and the process has started. There so alot of ***** nowadays and with the change of this online store of Makro things just don't feel right anymore. I think this will be my last online order with them. I will rather go back to shop at checkers, Shoprite or PnP. I can even get my cheese and butter at the same time.
