Makro Online Transport hijack/ ******

My nephew bought a Asus 15.6(19cm) Vivobook Go Intel Core 18 i3 Laptop from Makro online, order number MAK***, *** on the 14 November 2024. Then he received several message from the transporter is Wumdrop from the 28 November 2024 and rescheduled the delivery and he received multiple calls from the transporter to say package was ****** and wanted to know what was is in it and if he could buy it back, driver name Mogamat Yusuf. We have made several calls to Makro online querying this issue and we had had no success, Makro online said they will escalate to shop from where order was collected to be delivered from, which is Makro Ottery, we have requested that we must be included in mail regarding this above. Nothing has happened thus Far.
