Makro Online The worst ever!!!

Terrible service from Makro Online. I placed an order on Makro online on 23 December 2023 a few days later the order showed as incomplete due to non payment FNB confirmed the purchase was banked on the 27th still makro doesnt update their system and after logging numerous queries and complaints still no feedback????
