Makro online the most unreliable

To say I'm frustrated is an understatement but based on others reviews it looks like I'm not alone. I ordered two basin mixers however only 1 was delivered on the 25th Aug. I immediately reported it, naively thinking it would be resolved quickly enough. A week later and nothing from Makro. I then decided to tell them I would rather want a refund for both as I wasn't about to install two different types of taps. Again thought it would be an easy enough process and yes did get the refund for the one tap however I am still stuck with one tap I'm not going to use and the refund still not processed. I keep following up in between my work and using my airtime to get something as basic as a return and refund completed which you would except a big retailer like Makro should be capable of doing. We are now in the middle of Sept and I wonder if i will get my money back. One thing is for sure I not be buying from Makro every again.
