Makro online terrible service.

Terrible pathetic service with Makro Online service. Placed an order online to collect at Makro Woodmead, apparently the order was moved to Makro Alberton only they know why. Even worse I called Makro Woodmead in the morning confirming if the order is there or Alberton as the invoice was showing Alberton but the app shows Woodmead, the lady I spoke to told me it’s in Woodmead and ready for collection. When I get there it’s a different story. I have many complaints with Makro regarding previous orders an would just let them slide, the reason I came here its because am gatvol with their terrible service.
