Makro online terrible service

I bought a portable hardrive from makro online . When it was faulty in its warranty period I phoned makro online , and they said I have to give it in at Polokwane branch . I could not send the courier because it had to be booked in . Polokwane is more than a 100 kms from Naboomspruit and I had to take the day of to travel (200km both ways) . I had to travel again to pick it up because I had to give in the blue slip to collect .(they said I could not use a courier)

When I gave in the blue slip they told me I would get a credit online to buy a new product .I did not receive a credit

Terrible service .

Would not recommend to anybody
