Makro online terrible service

Just a friendly warning to anyone who thinks using Makro online shopping is a good idea. Ordered a washing machine on 22 Nov already, delivery would have been in 5-7 working days, then they say no 10 days, then you receive sms saying product is at branch, you get there and there is nothing. Then you get promised it will be delivered within two days, the number you are given to follow up if it does not get delivered ( ********** 192) simply just rings or you just get cut off. It's 20 days later now and still need to use laundromat get clothes washed.
