Makro online terrible service!

Purchased a washing machine online. Item was delivered in 2 days but on delivery item was terribly dented. I logged a return and now they have to escalate it to the management and I am still left with no washing machine so I had to buy another and now they still have not even arranged for pickup on this unit and I have no idea what is happening really terrible I will never buy from them online ever again.
