Makro online: Terrible Customer Service

We ordered stuff on Makro for our wedding. The payment went off on our side bit on Makro’s site it said “Awaiting payment”. We valled their offices about 60 times. Where many of the employees put us on hold and never came back. We sent them a proof of payment and everything. It is 4 days later and we still can’t pick our order up. This is just horrible. The weddinb is in 2 days and we have been gihhting with Makro for 4 days to get our purchase. The customer service is non-existent.
