Makro online terrible

I ordered online on 31 July groceries from Makro online paid the full amount,received a e-mail it would be delivered in 2 days Friday afternoon i called the customer care service to find out what is going on when will i receive my order,she told me the order is capture on the system but not sure she will phone our branch in Bloemfontein and ask the manager to call me. Needless to say NO CALL on Saturday the 3 Aug I went in to Makro just to find out the order is not packed. The manager told me he would drop of him self my order when they done. Later someone called me and told me some of the items is out of stock they will refund me,suprise suprise the refund will take up to 10 working days. Some of the items was promo specials buy 3 and pay a x amount. I can go on and on but I'm so ungry with them WILL NEVER buy online again. I'm not the only one Facebook is full of the same problem people ordering and not getting there orders!
