Makro Online -Tech Deals Supplier

So I ordered software that I bought online from Makro and the supplier being Tech Deals. The purchase was made on Friday 10 November. On Monday I received an email stating the parcel was delivered.

When I arrived at home on Monday afternoon there was nothing. I contacted security to enquire if the courier didn’t leave it with them, but no deliveries was for my address that day.

I phoned Makro in Monday and the said that they will investigate. I informed them they the strange thing is that if you look at the delivery email that I received it shows the time and date stamp that the parcel was packed, handed to the courier and successful delivered to me all at the same time. 08:18!

I contacted Makro again on Tuesday, sent an email on Tuesday evening still no response. I phoned again on Wednesday and was told the parcel is being delivered on Thursday. Thursday came, I phoned again and requested a refund as no parcel was delivered. I

I was informed that they are scared to do a refund because the parcel might be delivered on Friday. So of the parcel does not arrive then they will submit a request for a refund. Surprise, surprise! No parcel arrived on Friday being today. Don’t order online especially if the supplier is Tech Deals. Since Monday Makro had requested feedback from Tech Deals and no response. Why don’t they drop them as a supplier?
