Makro Online system seamless but poor return and exchange facility

Makro online system is very swift when ordering and they deliver very quickly so that is convenient and the products are on-par, just don't request for an exchange or return cos that is nearly impossible even after numerous calls and emails no assistance so I just stayed with the goods I wanted to exchange.
