Makro online support not helpful

I purchase a pool pump online and received it without a box. I purchased a new one and received a refurbished pump. I logged a return on 12 December 2024. It stated that I need to wait for 7 working days for the return approval. It was approved. But now they are refusing to collect it from me. They say the supplier is now closed of which this is not my issue. I did not purchase it directly from the supplier but from Makro.

Now I have to wait until Jan 2025. It will not probably take a month for a return to be finalized.
