Makro Online Support

Makro Online Support (MAK***) is the problem. I've been complaining about a missing item from an order I placed in December 2022. Its February and I'm still getting the same response of escalation, escalation, escalation. Kanti why does it take so long for the supposed "relevant department" to do one simple thing of giving me my refund. They will escalate the matter until I die maybe, who knows. Yhuuu I'm tired of this matter being dragged longer than it should.
