makro online sucks

Hi I ordered a mini led projector on the 11th of December and was suppose to receive it on the 18th December. I then called in to explain the reason it was needed for a Christmas present for my granddaughter and was made assured they were sorting it out. Today being the 21st December I receive a canceled order due to stock unavailability after so many days have passed and with no more time to get that product delivered on time. I find it very unprofessional and to top it off will only be refunded in 2 to 10 working days. If this is how online works at makro then he'll no.
