Makro online sucks bad

Service is bad I have place an order on the 4th of May and it said delivery 9th of May 2026 and I have not gotten my delivery yet it still says shipped and waiting for collection and when I called countless time they just had attitude with me and did not get any response from them. They took my money nicely and when asked for a refund they say must wait 7days.... I won't recommend to but for makro online.. Today is the 13th May 2026 and am still waiting
