Makro Online sucks and very inconvenient

I went to Makro to buy Sony wireless Bluetooth noise cancelling for my son who need it for school. I was told it only online exclusive, and I asked how long it will take, was advised it will take 48 hours by the floor manager. Immediately we ordered and paid using a credit card. That was Tuesday last week. Their delivery is 2-5 working days days. It’s A new week now and Tuesday they still hasn’t dispatched the item. It’s still with them. When we call, some say it takes maximum of 21 working days. And we call again some say they still checking it and we called again some say they waiting for collection from the courier. Call center comments. I am so disappointed, I regret using their online. Should have used takealot instead cos the price is the same and it could have been delivered already.
