Makro Online Sucks

Makro Online has been the most disappointing experience. I ordered an item that I can ONLY order online. They delivered an INCORRECT (cheap item) It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ANY response via calling or emails. Worst service ever. I went to the branch in Silverlakes hoping to find someone there who cares, not nope, Found no-one willing to assist. Painful.
