Makro online stupid service- no delivery for 9 days for a pick up
I requested my order for pick and still I have not received my order. Today being day 9. It's nappies for goodness sake. Their telephone service and WhatsApp service is poor. They are making me a fool, they keep on transferring my call or making empty promises.

14 Nov 2024, 09:48Hi, I received a call from Marko Cornubia Tuesday the 12 November 2024 saying I need to collect from Marko Springfield or they can deliver it to my home address. Look how many days has it been now. The call from Tuesday promised to talk to Makro online and get back to me. But no one got back to me. They have my number 079***2438 and my email mthembu******** honestly this is the worst experience I ever had. All I need is nappies for my child. Someone please help.
