Makro "online" store. What a waste

Once again I purchased items on the Makro website and once again they have not delivered on their promises. The site says the order would be ready in 7 to 10 days from order. It has been 13 days and I am yet to receive the SMS to advise that the order is ready for collection.

When I did not receive the goods for my initial order I emailed Makro customer care and to date have not received a response. However after I sent the email the order was suddenly processed.

I suppose it's my fault for not giving up on them after they let me down the first time.
